Norah Copithorne is the founder of Nature’s Defence and deeply committed to
providing a plant based, environmentally friendly solution to remove mould.
She’s been fortunate to have Dr Edward R Close as one of her mentors. A respected
author and Environmental Engineer with over 20 years experience.
Norah has gone on to found Nature’s Defence, a company which trains and educates
other businesses about Mould and how to offer it to their customers. Currently she’s intent
on building a national network with the intention of creating a global footprint in 10 years
time.
In creating Nature’s Defence she’s establishing a totally new approach to dealing with
Mould in a world accustomed to toxic solutions. Her approach to the business is based on
win win win solutions that value business relationships and build community.
Her training as a certified NLP Practitioner has enabled her to expand on her personal

“About three years ago I noticed that my asthma was recurring. I had shortness of breath and allergy type symptoms.
We had a wet season and on two occasions that year our basement flooded after exceptional downpours. This happened the previous year and the under the house pylons and the soil around them hadn’t dried out. So in spite of using heaters and drying out the basement we had to wait to save up for drainage remediation under the house to take place. We now have an auto system which comes on automatically when any water comes under the house and the water is drained away immediately.
The result of the ongoing water events meant that over time prior to remediation that mould spread up the pylons and into my wardrobe so now I knew what was causing my asthma to recur.
At this time I met Norah who told me that she had a solution that could help while I saved up for the drainage system. My hubby read all the research supplied but was still dubious that such a seemingly simple system could make our home safer for me to live in… we didn’t have anything really to lose.
I started with my bedroom and removed the clothes in the wardrobes and washed it all. I used the diffuser for 24 hours in the bedroom and then did a wipe down with the solution provided. Next I did the rest of the house, downstairs and even the area under the house and in the roof space. Ive not had asthma since then!!! I have redone my bedroom a few times since then ( that was the only room upstairs that had obvious mould ) and this resets my home. The plumbing has been done and I do not expect to have any further flooding issues, however I will continue to reset my home regularly as part of my healthy home routine.
